Our Story
Exercise for Rehabilitation & Health, Essendon
Welcome to Exercise for Rehab & Health.
Exercise for Rehabilitation & Health was founded by Accredited Exercise Physiologist Nicole French in 2006. Her dream was to create a community based practice where anyone could access world class clinical exercise and rehabilitation services in a supportive and welcoming environment.
In the true essence of wanting to help people best and asking 'what more could we be doing'? in 2010 she and Physiotherapist Peter Vitale began working together to grow the vision and expand service provision to include Physiotherapy, creating Australia's first fully collaborative Physio and EP private practice offering both general and specialist services.
The uniqueness of the collaborative approach
The collaborative approach of Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology demonstrates incredible potential for early management of injuries, preventive health as well as longer term and more complex rehabilitation needs. The blend of disciplines provide the ultimate experience for individuals where assessment, hands on treatment, exercise programming and functional rehabilitation are each completed by Australia's most highly qualified practitioners for their respective services.
