    Life! Program at EFRH

EFRH is proud to be a provider of Diabetes Australia's Life! Program. Our Senior Exercise Physiologist, Nicole French, has been facilitating programs since the initial roll out of the program in Victoria in 2008.

How can Life! Program help me?

Studies show it's possible to prevent type 2 diabetes and greatly reduce your risk of developing heart disease and stroke by improving your diet and being more active. It has been proven that making these lifestyle changes has a long-term positive effect on your health. Through her efforts she and her team have assisted more than 700 individuals to take control of their lifestyles through healthy eating, exercise and goal-setting, to empower them to make sustainable changes that help to prevent chronic disease.

Upcoming Life! Group Course's at EFRH

We currently have two upcoming Life! group courses at our clinic, scheduled on weeknights and weekends to ensure times that suit you. Although it's in a group environment, we still offer an individualised approach - our team will work with you to create a customised plan to change your lifestyle to reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke.

Visit our Life! Program page to read more and download eligibility criteria and referral information, or visit Diabetes Australia. Check our upcoming course dates for a session that suits you.
